Our orders are shipped from our headquarters located in Hong Kong.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We strive to process orders swiftly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Regrettably, we won't be able to accommodate requests made beyond this time frame. If needed, you can return your order for a full refund after receiving it.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

When can I expect to receive my refund?
